Monroe Europe company owns four factories(one in Belgium, one in Great Britain and two in Spain) that manufacture 90 000 shock absorbers a day which totals in 19 million  shock absorbers a year.

All Monroe Europe factories have received ISO 9000 certificate. Today 55% of the products manufactured under Monroe trade mark are original shock absorbers. During the manufacturing process the shock absorbers are tested in 165 control points which further assists to the increase of quality, reliability and durability of shock absorbers. Monroe aftermarket shock absorbers represent 45% of the total amount, 70% of them are gas shock absorbers, 30% - oil shock absorbers.

Tenneco Automotive company (the owner of Monroe) manufactures Monroe Magnum shock absorbers for trucks and trailers. Following all the requirements of car manufacturers these shock absorbers are applicable to the majority of European-made trucks having the carrying capacity from 3,5 to 41 tons, including ERF, Fiat, Foden,  DAF, MAN, Mercedes, Renault, Scania and Volvo. They are also for the trailers manufactured by BPW, Fuehauf, Gigant, Granning, Hendrickson, Lohr, ROR, SAF, Tadchurch, Trailor, Weweler and York.
Special oil is used in shock absorbers in order to ensure their performance at extreme temperatures from -40 to +200.
