The corporation is divided into the following branches:

- Branch, manufacturing automotive springs
- Branch, manufacturing small tabulate and spiral parts
- Branch, uniting all sales affiliates
The main concept of LESJOFORS company is an aspiration to always be the supplier of the whole assortment range of OE springs and springs for the aftermarket all the time, springs having standard construction and those having structural peculiarities to cater customer specific needs. Technical know-hows and irreproachable quality are the most significant factors in successful cooperation with customers and constant income growth.
The company has got 8 factories, situated in Sweden, Finland and Denmark, and sales affiliates in Norway, Denmark, Finland, Great Britain, the Netherlands and Germany that are the property of LESJOFORS. The company possesses its own well-developed distribution network that reaches the markets of other countries as well. The company staff numbers approximately 550 people.
All subdivivisions of the corporation are certified according to international quality standards ISO 9001 and ISO 9002. Three affiliates have already been certified according to standard ISO 14001 (irreproachable environmental production management) and all other affiliates are planned to be certified according to this standard by 2002.
The history of LESJOFORS company goes back to the distant past. It all started, when in 1675 the government of Sweden issued a decree, delegating Samuel A. Kolberg and Elias Hult, mining engineer, to build a minting factory near the river Lesjo. In 1852 manufacturing of springs in Lesjofors started.
LESJOFORS company has a wide assortment range of suspension springs, leaf springs for caravans and minivans, capote and trunk shock absorber, etc.
Major part of the products is delivered to wholesalers and distributors for spare part aftermarket. Being one of the largest aftermarket supplier, the company constantly keeps products in stock at its warehouses and can boast of a well-developed logistic system which contributes to non-stop sales.
