LANG

The joint Belarusian and German company LANG manufactures exhaust systems for cars of foreign make. Mufflers are produced on the German and English equipment which guarantees high quality and a perfect exterior of the produced goods.

Mufflers (mounting elements, housing, perforations, baffles, and covers), muffler pipes, inlets and outlets are manufactured from aluminized steel of DX53D+AS120 trademark. Perforations are made from a solid pipe. Thickness of sheet items is 1,25 mm, pipe thickness is 1,5 mm.

Geometrical dimensions of the “muffler can” and its mounting elements fully correspond to the original.

Mufflers are manufactured on the imported equipment. Pipes are bent on the German pipe benders LANG which guarantees precise dimensions and absence of folds on a pipe (“flexible pipe”).  Mounting areas on muffler pipes are moulded on the English machines EAGLE. On these machines any type of moulding can be made with full compliance with the original. This secures perfect interconnection of exhaust system elements.

Mufflers are welded on German welding semiautomatic machines JACKLE which guarantees qualitative weld without welding holes and regular legs. This all secures good exterior and improved characteristics (air-tightness) of the item.
