Renault, Nissan and Daimler Announced of Creating an Alliance

Three of the largest automobile companies in the world - French Renault, Japanese Nissan and German Daimler – announced about creating an «industrial alliance» for the construction of a car of the future.
In the frameworks of the alliance the companies will exchange technologies, primarily in the field of creating new generation motors, reports PRIME-TASS.
At the same time there will be a share for share exchange between the companies. It’s already known that Renault and Nissan will enter the share capital of Daimler with 1,55% each. In its turn the German company will get 3,1% of shares in Renault and Nissan.
